The picture above is what it says in the title: “Spoons for Cosmetic Coloured Powders”. They are toiletry items from Egyptian civilisation, New Kingdom.
So it seems they needed some serious cutlery to scoop out all that makeup they wore back in the day. Kinda crazy but good looking design on these spoons. I think they would be great on the table for serving out spices and salt and pepper and the like.
These would make great stocking stuffers for Christmas. They are multi-taskers as well. You can use them for storing your Everyday Carry Cutlery, reusuable straws, chopsticks, pens and pencils, your glasses and the list goes on and on.
With a rather festive Christmas design these bags are 11.7 inches long and 4 inches wide. They are hand washable and made of high quality cotton and linen. This is a pack of ten bags.
The Oneida Michelangelo Salad Fork reminds me of my Grandmother. It’s a nice memory. She had flatware very similiar to this and I’ve seen it nowhere else. It’s fancy and she would have liked that.
This flatware is made of 18/10 stainless steel and dishwasher safe. This is a set of four salad forks only. And to be honest I’d prefer to use them for dessert forks.
I love the product description our friends at Oneida wrote up for these forks:
“Ornate. Elegant. Unique. Michelangelo represents the pinnacle of ornamental embellishment, balance, and form. On the table this design has the presence of sterling, and the feel of quality. Sophisticated and enduring, Michelangelo is timeless.”
